Ortak is a network of contradictions, a machine without an instruction manual, and a meditation on the inevitability of partiality. Two bodies attempt to meet in a pre-linguistic landscape. Functionality is lost, humanity is at risk, and all hope for resolution is abandoned. Through subtle body language and ecstatic quirks, the repressed contents of the bodies are unleashed. The performers remain highly reactive, always searching and never satisfied, exploring the fertile terrain of dissonance.
